It seems that the Nintendo Wii has become popular with almost everyone. Whether it is being described as a weight loss machine or the focus of your next party this little white box can keep almost anyone entertained. This includes senior citizens.

A recently installed Wii at a seniors home in Birmingham, UK has quickly become the center of attention. Wii Bowling, tennis and even boxing are all popular and competitive leagues have even been organized. Sure beats knitting or playing cards.

At Easter this year, my wife and I took our Wii to my parents' house so the whole family could play. My 93-year old grandpa (who, by the way got his first computer at age 88 and his first digital camera at 90) bowled about 4 games and was loving it. It was a really cool experience and one that could have never happened on any other game system to-date.
