I love Abt! Abt has been run by the Abt family (yes, that is their name), forever. The store is amazing if you ever find yourself in Glenview, IL (north of Chicago). I have ordered appliances and a home theater system, with no problems.
My under-construction condo is purchasing all our appliances through Abt, and I couldn't be happier about it. The company stands by their products and offers excellent customer service.
Abt ran all of my pre-wiring for my condo...and then installed our speakers (in multiple rooms) as well as our TV. Very happy with all of their services.
The store is crazy on the weekends. So, prep your better half when heading to the store.
And, they make fresh baked cookies at the store!
And what a store it is....from the fountains to the fish tanks...and pimp my ride vehicles in the audio department.
This 1 store makes Sears very very nervous.
