Ok... this is my rant of iPod frustration. Bought my second ipod last November (I had the 3G previously), and in the last couple of weeks the hard drive failed. As I'm still under warranty, I went into the Apple Store, bought the Protection Plan, and received a refurbished iPod.

Refurbished iPod gives me le sad face, and now I'll have to send it in... or something. Bah!
