I've been a dedicated TiVonite for years, but DirecTV is simply getting too many HD channels for me to resist buying their branded DVR. If TiVo HD supported satellite signals - and if I didn't mind switching to Charter Cable - I'd have purchased one months ago. Now, though, I feel like I'm going to be stuck spending $300 for a lesser DVR. *sigh*
