Ikea SIGNUM Cord Management

Ikea seems to have been listening to the $5 Cable Gutter hack and the DIY Ikea Vase Charging Station, responding responding with the SIGNUM line of cord management products. See what they're about, after the jump.

Ranging from a simple $2.50 cord cover to a $10 horizontal cable manager (It looks fairly reminiscent of the $5 Cable Gutter hack), Ikea's SIGNUM line of cord management is cheap, functional and fairly attractive. The minimalist charging station is very simple, but it works by hiding the cord clutter below the plastic formed box.

1. SIGNUM Cable organiser ($5.00)
Catches your excess cables and power strips in a fabric hammock of sorts, that hangs from the top of the desk.

2. SIGNUM Charging station (Small, $2.50; Large, $5.00)
Minimalist charging station holds your electronic devices up top while concealing the cables below.

3. SIGNUM Cable management, horizontal ($10)
Mounts to the underside of a desk, allowing cables to rest, or be wrapped along its wire body.

4. SIGNUM Cable bag, set of 2 ($10)
I believe the purposes is to hold your electronic device, disguise the charger and let it hang from your desk.

5. SIGNUM Cable organiser cord box ($10.00)
Disguises your power strip and bulky plug adapters in a white plastic box, allowing just the cords to slip through the lid.

6. SIGNUM Gadget charging cup ($1.00)
Plastic cup attaches to a power outlet via the center screw and allows your cell phone or other device to rest in a cup.

7. SIGNUM Cord cover ($2.50)
Collects and conceals cables and cords for wall mounted TV's or computers.

I have the Signum horizontal Cable manager in my home recording studio, best cable management tool ever. I have one plug to the wall from my power conditioner and everything else is hidden and wrapped in the signum.

Categorize this cleaning solution in the "huh, really?!" realm. Apparently quite a few avid vinyl collectors swear by the technique of using wood glue as a vinyl cleaner.mezzi case revi

That is a fine set of collections from Ikea. I don't have them yet, but I plan to get some as soon as I have some money and time. They are really worth it.
