A high-tech toothbrush? Well, this design definitely made us take notice, and we think it deserves a spot in home technology.
The Brush & Rinse allows you to do exactly what it's name implies, just add water. It's designer, Scott Amron, frustrated by the "sloppy and wasteful" means of rinsing our mouths, has created a toothbrush that when held a certain way creates a fountain-like stream.
Let's hope someone picks up this design and sells them at $3 a piece like Amron recommends. If you can't wait until then, you can buy one of his prototypes for a mere $1750.
what's wrong with sticking your mouth under the tap? It's only another 4 inches to stretch...

Or using your hand to scoop some water into your mouth? It seems to me that this may be a little less "sloppy" but definitely as (if not more) wasteful. A small stream of water coming off the toothbrush is going to take longer to fill your mouth -- meanwhile the water is rushing out of the tap at full stream, and straight down the drain. WASTE!

Not only was this posted on the main site a while ago, but a toothbrush is not tech. I'd rather have less content of higher quality than filler.
