Designer Marcel Wanders worked with Philips to update their Senseo line of coffee pod appliances, resulting in in a minimalist space efficient form. We think the cube shaped coffee maker is a vast improvement compared to the previous kitchen spout design we never bought into...
The new Wanders' relaunch design is available in Dark Stroke Black and Bright Style White...well, not yet available here in the US, but it's strongly suspected a domestic release is eminent from all the talk over at java blogs like SingleServeCoffee.com. Here's a video of it in operation, showcasing a dual spout option that goes a little awry using just one cup instead of two:
Does anyone know how the Senseo compares to the Tassimo by Braun? I currently have the Tassimo which I love, but it seems the Senseo coffee pods are easier to find than the Tassimo. I like the design of the new Senseo machine and might consider switching if the coffee is as good.
