Pico Projectors Get Brighter, But Still Not HD

080309_p2_projector1.jpgLet's be honest. Despite how cool having a pocketable projector is (seriously, being able to play videos straight from your iPod Classic will get you plenty of cool points here at Unplggd), the crappy resolution and poor brightness have been huge factors keeping us from ever recommending it to our readers. However, with a second generation around the corner, there seems to be some light (ahh.. pun.. terrible) on the horizon for these little guys after all...

080309_p2_projector2.jpgThe AAXA P2 Pico Projector features almost double the brightness as its predecessors (well, one.. to be exact), a maximum resolution of 800x600 pixels, and the same form factor we've all drooled over before. It's set to retail at $399, but you can get in your early adoption pricing at $349 direct.
