It's been pretty horrendous here in New York of late. Hot and humid -- the ultimate combination for a sweatathon. While holding off on turning on the A/C we've been looking at Dvice's round-up of seven high-tech cooling solutions for the summer...
Our favorite is this air conditioned button down made by, you guessed it, the Japanese. It's powered by a USB connection that juices up a fan which blows air all through the top. It seems to only come in XL, because, well, no one likes a fat, sweaty guy at the office.

It only comes in XL because the air flow doesn't work to cool the wearer unless there is extra space in the shirt.
No one actually wears these in Japan though. I believe it's a gimmick to get the company press for their more useful products.
