Technicolor: Brown

Brown has been used in electronics as far back as we can all remember. Our homes all had giant speakers with wood grain veneer wrapped around them. Thank goodness the brown and wood grain electronics that are around today aren't nearly as bad.

i had a zune brown (and picked it by choice cause i really liked it!) but it's odd that it's being spotlighted here as chic when everywhere i read hated it... i guess if it's not appley white, it brings out the haters :)

mooseter: I think a lot of American consumers are generally colour averse and like their electronics monochromatic. I personally liked that MS introduced the Zune in brown.

I don't have an aversion to brown, but I thought the Zune's sticky-textured terd brown was particularly unfortunate.
