Excuse me while I kiss the sky....and park the car. We all know that New York is crowded so if you happen to be able to afford a luxury condo at 200 Eleventh Avenue you will never have a parking problem again. Why? The ensuite car garage.
 
 

Accesible via a street level door, the car elevator brings you to your private parking space attached to your suite. We wonder if it has one of those call buttons in case the elevator gets stuck.
