That being said, we haven't seen many lounge chairs like this one. It's called the Daybed home workstation and was designed by Manuelsaez for Humanscale. The Daybed was created in order to prevent unhealthy postures that result from working on your computer on coffee tables and couches. This lounge chair is designed for light home office use, but we think that it could be used as a replacement to most workstations, making things a lot more ergonomic.

The Daybed is a modern lounge chair and ottoman that is ergonomically designed for laptop computer support. It corrects your posture and makes spending time in front of your laptop more enjoyable, since spending extra hours on a desk isn't what we really do once we come home from work. Some lounge chairs come with similar small tables, but this is the first one we've seen specifically made as such. It does remind us of something out of science-fiction, but that's not saying that it doesn't look good. It does look great and if space is at a premium in your home, this might be the perfect way to creating another workstation.
