Upwell Design: Gamer Chair Gets Down Low

040109_an_gamer_chair.jpgWho said we don't look out for our gamers here at Unplggd? Check it - San Francisco, California based Upwell Design studio just unveiled their latest creation to top all gamer creations. Made for living-room gaming sessions, but also for casual meetings, TV watching, and even dining - the Down Low chair (DL for short) is a flexible living room seating option that's certain to make you think twice about your seating height preferences in the near future...

040109_an_gamer_chair2.jpgBecause they're made for easy movement and flexibility, you can sit on it by yourself or link them together side-by-side for a professional, conference room look.

040109_an_gamer_chair3.jpgThe low profile design works best for those who own extra-low TV stands, or maybe you just want to pursue a Japanese style way of living - with traditional table heights pretty much identical to the height the DL chairs are at.

I looks like it can be flipped up on it's short side to give a taller sitting option. Put a hole in the stainless for a cup holder and I'll take two.

I really don't get why some gamers feel the need to sit on the floor. I've always done just fine from a regular sofa...
