Check out the 80-CD Filing Box from TinyLiving. The box is lockable, and with a one-touch gliding drawer. It holds the CDs/DVDs in sleeves, but is not compatible with jewel cases. The box retails for a reasonable $29.95, and is stackable (see on pic on the right), though sleeves would have to be purchased in addition to the box.
