#4 is the one that scares me. I used both Dell and Verizon customer service last week and let them control the mouse so they could fix something. Dell customer service is in India. Does that mean my personal info could have been tapped while letting them have control of the mouse?

adium is one of the best programs i've ever used. HOWEVER, do use the plugins. the normal sounds are insane.
