Altec Lansing's Orbit MP3 Speaker

Has power, will travel--even if it's only room to room at home. The Orbit Speaker by Altec Lansing comes with Fusion360 technology to emit sound 360 degrees around the speaker, and plays for up to 24 hours on 3 AAA batteries.

Our investigation couldn't come up with the exact dimensions of the product itself, but it's got to be small enough for a pocket or purse since that's what they claim it will fit in. It also can be set on its side for sound that's more focused. The Orbit retails for $40.
