This wallpaper is loud, and not in a visually tacky kind of way. We have seen electric wallpaper and now it looks like wallpaper doubling as stereo speakers is not far behind.

Developed by researchers at John Hopkins University, the sound is generated by a rubbery plastic material that can position piezoelectric devices into places like wallpaper that were previously impractical. The super minimalist, fully teched out house is on its way.
