Plywood Headphones by David Burel

2008_08_19 ply headphones.jpgNow these are some stunning headphones. Not exactly the most portable design, but definitely something that would look right at home sitting on top of an Alvar Aalto 153A bench in front of your home theater system.

 
 

A pricey set of cans at €250 a pair, but considering they have to be custom made to fit your head, if the sound quality is any good then we might just be able to justify it.

Funny how you guys seem to care more about how this pair of headphones would look sitting on a desk than for what headphones are meant for. Would you really pay nearly $500 to wear a piece of wood on your head??
