Heritage Is A Retro-Styled iPod Dock That Does Plenty

110909_rg_revoheritage_01.jpgRevo's nice-looking new retro-styled iPod/iPhone dock might look old, but it's filled with great features, making this a most interesting dock to have in your home.

You'd expect something with the moniker "Heritage" to just look pretty retro and not do anything else, but Revo's Heritage is packed with interesting features, making it an interesting add-on to your pad. The Heritage is a sleek, vintage-looking device that is made out of wood and aluminum. It supports, DAB, FM, and WiFi radio signals. There is also an OLED screen, which is why this dock is so expensive in our opinion. It acts as a display from where you music is being streamed from. Streaming can be wireless from any PC or Mac.

110909_rg_revoheritage_02.jpgIt's got a USB port, so you can just plug in a USB drive and start playing your tunes off it. Although it's a bit expensive, it does come with all of the bells and whistles, and that 1960s design flair sure makes it distinctive from all of the other docks. You also get 7W of power, which isn't too shabby. It comes with a multi-country power adapter, a free 30-day Last.fm trial subscription, and is available for $382 via Revo.

I'm surprised nobody else commented on this. Braun meets modern technology. I would love to have an excuse to own this...though living in dorms makes yet another speaker/dock redundant.

Sigh.
