Rubik's Cube-Shaped Subwoofer

090208_tf_woofercube.jpgWith all of the "I Love the 80s" retro loving we've seen recently (Can a reworking of an old trend classify as a "new" trend?), some things hit the mark, like Pac-Man Ghost Lamps, and some are a miss for most homes, like Mushroom Kingdom Wall Decals. We're not sure where this fits in, but it's worth a look, even if it's just to chuckle.

The ELAC MicroSub 2010 BT uses Bluetooth technology to stream music from any enabled device, and you can also connect directly with an RC jack. The subwoofer has four amplifiers and provides a 2.1 sound-system optimized for music reproduction.

It weighs in at 4.7kg and does come in two 'normal' colours of black and white, for those of you whose decorating tastes aren't suited for an over-sized Rubik's Cube.

It's boyish. Just right for a Peter Pan.
