Stockholm Computer Desk

Alright, we don't think we've ever personally wanted any bit of furniture from Walmart in our life, but we have to admit we're quite smitten with the look of their Stockholm Home Office line. The small desk has a total Eames era, Case Study house aesthetic and a scale that would fit right into our slim sized home office. And the price ain't half bad either (no surprise there)....

They just rolled back the price on these desk from $187 down to $134.97 online. Lots of positive reviews, despite the MDF construction; looks as good as anything we've seen at discount big box retailers and the small footprint coupled with a good deal of storage has us wondering if we take the dive. And how about this customer review:

My 10 year old son assembled it by himself with only a couple questions. It took him about 3-4 hours if I remember correctly. The desk is great looking and we are very happy with it.

Bodes well for those of us who somehow always manage to put together these build-your-own furnishings incorrectly the first time *cough*me*cough*.
