We don't think we would. But a recent Washington Post article on Fios availability stated "you'd be crazy to shop for a home without considering the Internet, phone, and TV options." Sure, it's a consideration, but is it a deal breaker? We've lived in many apartments in the last ten years, and we've never made the choice based on internet options. So, that statement made us wonder, how much does it weigh in your decision of where to hang your hat?

Yes, I wouldn't move into a place with a good broadband connection.
I couldn't, live without broadband plus Its a requirement to work and my form of entertainment over the TV.

Seems a silly thing, but I know a number of people who wish they'd checked on their cell phone reception before they signed the lease...

Mella DP ain't kiddin'. My sister is cell-phone only and yet she has crappy reception in her own house! What? Yes! Don't ask me why no wifi or nuttin'.

I suspect many of the people checking "no" have never lived in the sticks. Just one town over, my parents got broadband only this year. And cell phone reception is uneven, with small dead spots being common.

We didn't think to check our cell reception when we first visited our apartment and were bummed to find out it's terrible (and our phones are constantly running down their batteries searching for a signal), but we would have still taken the apartment had we known.
But internet is another thing. We have relatives who live in rural areas whose only option is dial-up. Partly because of our jobs, but also our lifestyle pretty much demands a fast internet connection so if we didn't live in a big city, we'd have to live somewhere with comparable connections.
