Since McMansions are downsizing as fast as desktop usage, we here at Unplggd are starting to notice how much space our furniture takes up in our homes. Especially the desk, while it used to be "cool" to have an L-shaped behemoth, trends are starting to prove otherwise - at least that's what the Zelos secretary desk looks to reflect.
Pared-down into minimalistic elegance, the desk not only folds out into a larger one when needed, but it's ability to fold back into the size of a first grader's school desk is quite impressive. Designed by Christoph Böninger, for ClassiCon. No word on pricing, but you can see the official design works here. We imagine badgering him, perhaps, would be a good way to get a number for those parties interested.

I like my giant L shaped desk. Regardless of how much space it takes. I spend a lot of time at my desk...so I like the large amount of real estate it has for doing stuff.
