I will add the Apple Cinema Display. yes you can buy a cheaper "better" one but it will be lacking the slim aluminum enclosure all all that sex appeal. See my set up clicking at the sig!

The Philips Ambilight TV tops my list. Don't have it, but definitly lust after it!
One of those digital scales from the German co. called Soehnle should be added. They have a round glass weighing surface that is cool & beautiful.
