Movea Gyration Air Mouse: No Mousemat Needed

After coming out with their Air Media Remote a little while ago, Movea has recently launched a new Air Mouse. What's interesting is that this new mouse doesn't need a mousemat or any surface to function, which is really cool. This means that it can be the perfect mouse for that media center computer you have hanging around in your living room, connected to your home theater setup.

Finding the right solution for your media center PC isn't always easy. There are a plethora of remotes and devices available out there, but it's always hard to find the right one. This seems like a good compromise between a fully functional remote and a mouse.

This latest mouse from Movea works without a surface and uses MotionSense technology to work both in-air and on a desktop. This means that waving the mouse around actually moves the cursor on your computer. The 4-ounce device will be available in November for about $100.

i neeeeeeeeed this. my hands and wrists and elbows are dyin' over here. i actually sometimes use my use in midair or keep my arm down at my side when i need to scroll, but not move the cursor. srsly. this sounds perfect for me.
