It's just a router. Nothing special. It takes your internet by ethernet and makes a wireless signal that your laptop or—gasp—your Wii can connect to from anywhere in your house. That Wii connection made Nintendo want to get in on the router game and manufacture a cute, white, plastic little WiFi machine of its own. Does it do anything special for your Wii? Don't think so. Will it outsell every wireless router ever? Well, if you've got stock in NetGear, it might be time to sell.

My white airport express matches my wii, AND allows me to beam music from my bedroom to my harman/kardon receiver, which pumps out 5.1 in the living room and a pair of stereo speakers in my kitchen.
Don't think I'll be buying a nintendo-branded router any time soon
